Unless otherwise specified on the application form, all Shell Stations ("Contests") begins at 12:01 p.m. EST on the first of each month("begin date") and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on the last of the same month ("end date").

Eligibility:

Contest is offered only electronically via the Internet and only within the fifty United States.
Contest is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the United States throughout the term of the Contest, who, as of time of entry, are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers, and directors of Web Marketing, Inc. and Sponsor, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter:

You may enter Contest in one of two ways:

Restrictions:

Mail-in entries may not be mechanically reproduced. Enter as many times as you wish, but each entry must be different and entry must be valid information from Web Marketings database. No Automatic Entries Allowed. Electronic entries must be received by the Shell Stations server no later than Contest End Date, and mail-in entries must be postmarked by Contest End Date and received by seven days after Contest End Date.
All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsors, and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prizes:

The number and value of each months contest is specifically detailed on the order entry form. (each prize, unless otherwise specified by the Sponsor, is valued at no more than $200). No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prizes must be claimed within 15 days and are non-transferable/saleable. Prize redemption is the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. James Madison Shell will work directly with the winners to collect the prizes. Winner has one year from date of prize redemption to complete the prize redemtion if appropriate.

Selection of Winner:

Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries, to be held on or before ten days after end date at the Web Marketing office. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by e-mail or regular mail on or about 11 days after end date. The winner will have 14 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail to "msslpt@aol.com" or by regular mail. Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.
Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, affidavit of eligibility, and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 15 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize, winner and guest agree to the use of their names, voices, or likenesses for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed affidavit and releases as required, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold Web Marketing, Inc., Sponsors and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Web Marketing, Inc., Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
